Winterset Hollow

Light a candle, take a walk in the crisp breeze and bask in the glow of colour changing leaves because autumn is here and I am loving every bit of it. I am getting into a cozy book for the season that has a story within a story about friends who venture out to the abandoned island house of their favourite author. In the hopes of immersing themselves in the imaginary world of their cherished animal characters by visiting the place where the story all began, the friends begin to unravel dangers within the woodlands and the secret that their book is not so imaginary as it may seem. Haunted forest creatures, whimsical fables and dark adventure kindles the perfect vibe for my autumnal reading. I’ll be away for a while, the end of summer festival in Winterset Hollow awaits and whatever else is hiding on that island.
